The home was fully renovated in 2023, featuring fresh paint, remodeled bathrooms, all new furniture, and sleek tile floors throughout. The layout consists of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements include a Master Suite with a King bed and ensuite bathroom, two bedrooms with Queen beds, and a fourth bedroom with a Queen bed (a private bonus room converted from the dining area). Please note there is no sleeper sofa. For families traveling with little ones, a pack n play and high chair are provided.

The living space is thoughtfully appointed with a lounge area, dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen. All rooms are equipped with Smart TVs, allowing you to enjoy live TV via the Spectrum app or your own streaming accounts. For added peace of mind, the home is located within a secure gated community with security and features a front-facing security camera.
