Check with the Host for more details. Check-out is at 11:00am. Any guest that stays past 11:00am will be automatically charged the next night stay at the listing’s full price. You will need a key fob to access the room and also building amenities. Please have your key fob on you at all times. No open flames allowed (Candle, incense, lighter) Keep the door locked at all times No smoking, vaping or use of cigarettes or drugs including, but not limited to marijuana, inside the property. (Violation of this rule will result in a $500 smoking removal fee) No parties or events. If any events are performed on property without prior approval, The Host reserve the right to terminate the reservation without refunds You agree that maintenance work will be done from time to time by the building maintenance team. Allow up to 5 business days for work orders to be done. You also agree to allow emergency maintenance work and mid-stay cleaning to be done during your absence. (If you don’t want any mid-stay clean at your absence for guest staying longer than 1 month, please reach out to us) Do not have more guests than stated on your reservation. Any unapproved visitor or guest will incur an additional fee per guest ($20 per guest per night). No loud music or disturbance past 10pm We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not liable or responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be held responsible for items left behind. GUEST CANNOT RECEIVE PACKAGES VIA MAIL OR COURIER SERVICE, without approval from the host. We recommend using an Amazon locker, a UPS store or a US PO Box for any delivery needs. Failure to comply will result in a $100 fine. If you ever lose your key fob or get locked out. There is a $50 lockout fee and $100 fob replacement fee (Please allow up to 6 hours for service). We can only provide 1 fob for every reservation party, as that is what the building management will allow. If members of the party have different schedules plan, they can always use the assigned lockboxes for key exchanges.
