The main-level bedroom offers a queen-size bed with the bathroom conveniently located across the hall. Upstairs, the second bedroom is a versatile space including two full-size beds and a full-size futon, with an additional full-size bed tucked into a cozy lofted area accessed by a ladder—perfect for families or groups to spread out.

Outdoor living is a priority here. Guests can sip coffee during the sunrise on the spacious decks, relax in the fenced yard, or gather around the fire pit. For those returning from a day at the shore, a convenient outdoor shower is available to rinse off the sand.

Located in the heart of Surfside Beach, the property is just one block from the shoreline and directly across the street from the beach. The Surfside Beach Jetty Park is also just a short drive away, ensuring the water is always within reach.

• House Rules: No parties allowed; quiet hours from 10pm-8am; AC must not be set below 70 degrees to prevent freezing
• Restrictions: Oversized vehicles and trailers require explicit approval; one-night stays and groups larger than 8 must be approved
• Fees: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee; evictions due to rule violations result in an $850 fine
