The first floor is designed for entertaining, featuring a living room with sparkling south shore views that flows into a dining and kitchen area equipped with stainless steel appliances and a center island. For extra flexibility, the main level includes a sofa sleeper and a classic fireplace. The second level is a sanctuary of sweeping views, featuring a secluded primary suite with a king-sized bed from Joss & Main and a day bed with a twin-over-twin trundle. Additional sleeping quarters include a guest bedroom with a queen bed and full-over-twin bunk beds, as well as a middle bedroom with a queen bed.

Step outside to a sprawling concrete patio complete with a firepit, lounge chairs, and a dining table. The private dock is a standout feature, designed to accommodate various vessels for daytime tie-ups and offering custom swim stairs and built-in fishing benches. For rainy days or late-night fun, the garage serves as a dedicated hangout space, equipped with a foosball table, ping pong table, TV, and a propane Weber grill.
