This laid-back, pup-friendly retreat is perched perfectly to take in wide-open views of the Intracoastal and dreamy coastal sunsets. Inside, the home is fresh, bright, and thoughtfully set up for easy beach living—simple, stylish, and super comfy. The open layout provides ample space to unwind, whether you are cooking up your catch, lounging with a book, or playing games with the family. The vibe is barefoot casual, blending modern touches with coastal charm.

Sleeping and Bathing Arrangements: The home accommodates up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all featuring luxurious bedding and hotel-grade towels.

• Primary Bedroom: Located on the main level with a Queen bed and a full bath nearby.
• Second Bedroom: Located on the upper level with three Twin beds (no bunks).
• Third Bedroom: A versatile space that can serve as a second master, featuring a Queen bed, a Twin bed, and a door leading to the deck/balcony.
• Upper Level Bath: A full bathroom situated between the bedrooms.

Practical Info & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM via electronic lock code
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Pets: Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are allowed subject to approval; a non-refundable pet fee of $100 per dog per stay applies.
• Age Requirement: Guests must be 25 years or older to book, and the booking party must be present during the stay.
• Restrictions: Absolutely no proms, graduations, or large parties/events. Maximum occupancy is strictly limited to the number of guests allowed on the property at any time.
• Requirements: A valid Driver's License and a completed Guest Agreement are required within 24 hours of booking.
