• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• All adult guests must be 21 years or older
• The primary guest must be present with a valid ID; IDs are required for all guests except children
• Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 pm to 8 am
• Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and on the premises (subject to a $500.00 fine)
• Pets are not allowed
• Parking: Guests must use designated Guest parking outside of the gate; parking in Future Resident Parking is prohibited
• Pool Area: Glass is absolutely prohibited in the pool area. A maximum of two guests per apartment are allowed in the pool and common areas, and guests must be accompanied by a resident

Special Note on Climate Control: To ensure your comfort, please be aware that the thermostats operate on a "Chill Water System." This system alternates between heating and cooling based on the external weather. Heating activates when the outdoor temperature hits 58°F, and cooling activates when it is above that threshold. Please adjust the thermostat in the hall or living room to your preference.
