Welcome to your relaxing Davenport retreat, a perfect home base for families and groups seeking space, comfort, and fun near Orlando’s top attractions. This inviting townhouse is designed for shared moments and downtime, where morning light filters through wide windows and evenings are spent poolside or gathering for games and movies.

Designed to accommodate up to 12 guests, the home features a thoughtful layout with 5 bedrooms, 7 beds, and 5 bathrooms. On the first floor, the primary bedroom offers a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom for easy access. Upstairs, the sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms with king beds and ensuite bathrooms, one room with two twin beds, and a playful themed room featuring a bunk and trundle bed alongside a twin bed.

This expansive space is built for entertainment and relaxation, boasting three separate living areas equipped with TVs, including one space with a foosball table for casual competition. The full kitchen is ideal for shared meals, complemented by indoor and outdoor dining options. Outside, you will find a private patio and pool (with an optional heating service), along with a BBQ grill for relaxed afternoons.

Located within the gated Solterra Resort, guests enjoy a sense of privacy and 24-hour security, along with access to a clubhouse and community water park. The location is exceptionally convenient for sightseeing: Disney is approximately 25 minutes away, SeaWorld is roughly 25 minutes, and Universal Studios is around 30 minutes by car. Local supermarkets and restaurants are just a short drive from the resort.

Mandatory HOA Amenities Fee: $35 for groups up to 12 guests
Parking: Free on-premises parking for up to 2 vehicles in the driveway
Policies: Pets are not allowed
Damage Protection: A $500 refundable security deposit is required for 1-night stays. For 2+ nights, guests may choose between the $500 deposit or a non-refundable waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100).
Pool Heating: Available for $35 per day (requires one week's notice).
Note: Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300 to ensure housekeeping schedules are maintained.

Please note that in sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and BUGS. (Yes, dare I say it..) These elements are a natural & very common occurrence! We have our property professionally sprayed for pests, but please remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray!

IF YOU WOULD LIKE POOL HEAT, IT MUST BE REQUESTED IN WRITING A WEEK PRIOR TO CHECK-IN (as it requires up to 24 hours to heat). TO ADD THIS AMENITY, YOU AGREE TO PAY $35 PER DAY OF USAGE. ADDITIONAL FEES MAY APPLY IF A WEEK'S NOTICE IS NOT GIVEN.

There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere (inside or outside) on the property.

We can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests at any given time. It's for your own comfort and the sanity of our cleaners :)

The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age & must be one of the guests staying at the property.

Please note that we welcome children of all ages but wanted to make sure you’re aware that the home is NOT baby-proofed.

No third party bookings allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.

Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.

Number of vehicles on property should never exceed (4) per reservation. Up to (2) cars may park in the driveway. There is additional parking spots on the street next to the home (these are not reserved for the home and we can not guarantee their availability). Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.

Please wipe shoes at the door. It is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible, so we can keep the place clean for you and the next guests!

Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time.

Please note that, after it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash off the screen and into the pool and the pool may appear slightly discolored.

No fireworks of any kind.

No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle.

Follow additional guidelines posted within the home.

Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure.

Report damages immediately.

We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of ANY of these rules.
