The villa is designed for large groups, offering 8 bedrooms and 8 beds, along with 6 bathrooms, providing comfortable accommodations for up to 16 guests. The home is filled with character, featuring themed rooms where children can immerse themselves in the worlds of the Avengers, Frozen, and Paw Patrol—complete with a drawbridge between beds for mini Elsa's and Anna's to explore. For entertainment, a Star Wars-themed game room provides an air-conditioned sanctuary stocked with a foosball table, a pinball machine, and a multi-arcade with hundreds of games, as well as a pool table for the adults.

Living spaces are designed for gathering, with a living room boasting a large flat screen TV and a fully-equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops. The dining area includes a table seating 10, with additional barstools for extra guests. Outside, the property features a very private, fully screened-in south-facing swimming pool with a spillover spa, sun loungers, child safety fence, and a patio table with seating for 10.

• Late Check-out: $100 per hour fee for departures after 10:00 AM
• Trash: Must be in 13-gallon bags and placed in the pedestal bin by the garage to avoid collection fees
