This charming tiny home is designed for relaxation and reflection. The interior layout features one bedroom and one bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. Sleeping arrangements include an antique queen-size bed on the main level and an additional queen-size mattress located in the cozy loft, ensuring a restful stay for your group.

Julia's Cottage is a welcoming little home that invites you to kick back and soak in the surrounding beauty. The property features a large front porch and a nice covered patio with a dedicated seating area, perfect for morning coffee or evening reflection. As night falls, the surrounding pine trees are illuminated by over 1,000 feet of party lights, creating a magical atmosphere under the stars. Guests can also enjoy a private outdoor fire pit located within the Cottage Garden, provided exclusively for those staying at Julia's Cottage.

Located just 5 miles north of Hawkins, the cottage is nestled in a tranquil forest setting. To find this hidden gem, guests should head North on Hwy 14 to CR 2869, then to CR 3540, and CR 3543, following signs to 110 PR 7543. Please note that guests should not rely on Google Maps for navigation to ensure a smooth arrival.

• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Pets: Not allowed
• Cancellation Policy: A full refund (less a $10.00 fee) is available for cancellations made more than 7 days prior to arrival. No refunds are issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date.
• Extra: Firewood bundles are available for purchase at $10 each.
