As night falls, the surrounding pine trees are illuminated by over 1,000 feet of party lights, allowing you to enjoy the forest's beauty long after dark.

This intimate getaway is designed for those who are adventurous and love the outdoors but prefer the comforts of a curated experience. The layout features one bedroom and one bathroom, with a single bed capable of accommodating up to two guests. Inside the Tipi, you will find a comfortable queen size bed, a TV, a mini-fridge, and a Keurig coffee maker to ensure your stay is as relaxing as possible.

Located five miles north of Hawkins, Texas, the property is a gateway to encountering a unique peace like no other. • Cancellation Policy: 100% of total booking charges (less a $10.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if cancelled more than 7 days prior to arrival. No refunds are issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date.
• Directions: From Hawkins, travel North on Hwy 14 to CR 2869, then to CR 3540, and CR 3543. Follow signs to 110 PR 7543. Guests are strongly advised not to rely on Google Maps for navigation.
