Designed for comfort and capacity, this home accommodates up to 12 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully laid out to maximize space: the primary bedroom features a King bed with an ensuite bath, while the second and third bedrooms each offer a Twin over Full bunk bed and an additional Twin. For extra flexibility, there is an upstairs loft equipped with a Queen bed. Every bedroom is outfitted with luxurious bedding, and the bathrooms provide luxury hotel grade towels and toiletries.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM via electronic lock code
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Pets: Pup-friendly! Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome (subject to approval and a non-refundable fee of $100 per dog per stay)
• Requirements: Guest must be 25+ years old to book and must be present during the stay. A valid Driver's License and signed Guest Agreement are required within 24 hours of booking.
• Rules: Absolutely no Prom, Graduation, or large parties. The maximum occupancy is the absolute limit of guests allowed on the property at any time.
