We acknowledge that chargebacks can arise for valid reasons. However, if YOU make a payment-card payment through the HTH STAYS Company for a reservation and later dispute a legitimate charge with an unwarranted chargeback (as determined at our discretion), whether fraudulently or otherwise, WE may take action to recover any charges incurred due to such an unjustified chargeback directly from YOU.
