Important Guest Information: Guests must be 25+ years old to book and complete a Guest Agreement within 24 hours. Pet-friendly with up to 2 dogs welcome ($100-125 non-refundable fee per dog). WiFi and utilities may experience island-related service interruptions without refund eligibility. Electronic check-in at 4pm, checkout by 11am. No parties, proms, or events exceeding maximum occupancy permitted. Reservations include cleaning fee, taxes, and $1M liability protection with no security deposit required. 24-hour cancellation policy for full refund, then 30-day notice required. Guest service available 8:30am-7pm daily. No refunds for weather events unless mandatory evacuation orders are issued.
