Important guest information: Guests must be 25 years or older to book and remain present during the stay. A simple guest agreement is required within 24 hours of booking. Pet-friendly accommodation welcomes up to 2 well-behaved dogs with a non-refundable fee of $100-125 per dog. WiFi and TV services may experience interruptions due to island location. Absolutely no parties, proms, or events exceeding maximum occupancy are permitted. Cancellation requires 30 days notice after the initial 24-hour full refund period. Each reservation includes applicable taxes, cleaning fees, $1M liability protection, and $10K damage insurance with no security deposit required. Guest service available 8:30am-7pm daily.
