About Property

Discover the ultimate family retreat at The Windsor Treasure, a luxury villa in Kissimmee, Florida, perfectly positioned for those seeking the magic of Orlando. This completely remodeled home is the closest resort to Disney that is not an actual Disney hotel, located just 2.5 miles from the main gates—a quick 6-minute drive to Animal Kingdom.

Designed for large groups and families, the villa features 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, providing a private en-suite bathroom for every room. To ensure maximum comfort, every bedroom is equipped with its own large-screen SMART television. The home's open and airy layout includes a brand-new kitchen with updated appliances, a breakfast nook for four, and a dining table that seats eight. A custom fireplace in the living room adds a cozy touch, offering a heat option for winter months or a heat-free flame setting for ambiance during the summer.

One of the most extraordinary features is the professional Arcade Room. Unlike a standard game room, this air-conditioned space is a true arcade featuring professional-grade games all set to "free play." Guests can enjoy an 8-foot professional air hockey table, real arcade Skee-Ball, an NBA basketball shooting game, two Fast and Furious Tokyo Drift racing games for head-to-head competition, and an immersive Dead Storm Pirates game. A multicade system also brings back the classics, including Pac-Man, Galaga, and Donkey Kong.

Outdoor living is equally impressive with a private south-facing pool and hot tub, designed to capture the most sun throughout the day. The property offers enhanced privacy as rear neighbors are at a lower elevation. The outdoor area is completed with a shaded seating area, Adirondack chairs, and dining for eight.

Located in the prestigious Windsor Hills community, guests enjoy free access to the zero-entry community pool, a large water park, a fitness center, and sports courts for tennis, basketball, and volleyball. The large Castle Playground is also just 90 seconds around the corner.
