• Bedroom 4 (Dual Master): Queen bed, TV, and en-suite bathroom

The heart of the home is a well-equipped kitchen featuring a breakfast bar for four and a dining table that seats eight, all set within a spacious open floor plan. Practical Information & House Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets are not allowed.
• Resort Fee: $35 for 1-12 guests (paid via credit card at the clubhouse upon arrival).
• Pool and spa heating is not included in the nightly rate; electric heating requires a minimum of four consecutive days.
• Resort access cards must be returned to the clubhouse before departure to avoid replacement charges.

Please be aware that the Solterra Resort Clubhouse will undergo enhancements to the lazy river, resort pool, hot tub, and bar area from September 8, 2026, through approximately December 14, 2026. During this time, the fitness center, sports courts, and Café Sol will remain open.
