Escape to this spacious lakeside home located in the popular Walden neighborhood of Montgomery, Texas, where lake access and community recreation await. Whether you are visiting to enjoy your boat on the water, spend a day fishing, or hit the golf course, we are happy to have y'all!

This unique home features a layout where the kitchen and main living area are located on the second floor. The sleeping arrangements are designed for flexibility and group gatherings, featuring 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms to accommodate up to 12 guests. On the main downstairs floor, you will find a large primary bedroom with a King-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a convenient coffee bar. Another downstairs bedroom offers one full-sized bed, one twin bunk, and one pull-out twin bed, with a full bathroom located just across the hallway. For extra versatility, a private office between these rooms contains a pull-out twin cot in the closet and an indoor basketball hoop game.

Upstairs, the third bedroom serves as a bunkroom with two twin bunkbeds and two full-sized bunk beds, connected to a full bathroom that also opens to the living area. Additionally, the upstairs living room includes a pull-out queen sleeper sofa bed for two guests.

The heart of the home is the second-story living space, where you can gather around the big-screen TV or prepare meals in the kitchen. This area opens to a stunning screened-in covered patio, complete with shuffleboard, ring toss, a cozy patio sofa, and a large dining set. This outdoor oasis is further enhanced by twinkle lights, fans for summer cooling, and a TV with an electric fireplace.

As guests, you have access to the Walden community amenities, including:

The surrounding community is beautiful, offering parks, walking trails, and an 18-hole golf course with a driving range available to the public (arranged separately via the clubhouse).

• Smoking: No smoking allowed inside the home; outdoor smoking is permitted provided ends are disposed of properly.
• Restrictions: The garage is not available for guest use.
• Note: A key card is provided for amenities; a $150 replacement fee applies if lost.
