To ensure a smooth stay, please take note of our practical guidelines. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. For security and verification, government identification is required for all guests over the age of 21, which must be verified through the app after booking is confirmed. Please be aware that pets are not allowed. For preventative maintenance, pest control is conducted every Thursday.

Guests should also note that the property utilizes a "Chill Water System" thermostat. This system automatically toggles between heating and cooling based on the outside temperature; heat activates when it is 58 degrees Fahrenheit or below, while cooling activates above that threshold. If the system is not in sync with your preference, you may manually adjust the thermostat located in the hall or living room.
