This stylish two-story home is thoughtfully configured to accommodate up to 8 guests. The sleeping arrangements include a primary bedroom with a king-size bed, a second bedroom also featuring a king-size bed, and a third bedroom equipped with twin-over-twin bunk beds. The layout is completed by two full bathrooms with walk-in showers and one convenient half bathroom.

Inside, you will find a breezy, open-concept living and dining area with coastal-inspired décor, an open-concept kitchen, and entertainment options including foosball and board games. The home truly shines outdoors, featuring a private cocktail pool (non-heated), three spacious patios and balconies, and an outdoor dining area with a propane grill for evenings under the stars.

Located in a prime Old Town location, guests can enjoy a walkable trip to local restaurants, bars, and shops. The property is also just a short drive from the beach and the iconic Horace Caldwell Pier. To enhance your stay, a beach gear credit is included for stays of 3–21 nights, allowing you to choose from bikes, kayaks, and paddleboards delivered to your door.

• Rules: No pets allowed. The contracting guest must be 25 years or older.
• Requirements: A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract and a copy of a driver's license are mandatory upon booking.
• Additional: Golf carts are available through Beachin' Buggies (contact office for availability and pricing). Please bring your own beach/pool towels, shampoo, conditioner, and food items.
