The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed for groups, featuring a king bed in the master suite, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and two sets of twin bunk beds in the first bedroom. For additional flexibility, the living area includes a sleeper sofa that folds out into a queen bed.

The interior is designed for togetherness, with an open-concept dining, living, and kitchen area. The living space is equipped with two reclining chairs and a sofa with a lounger, while the exquisite wood dining table provides seating for six. The kitchen is fully outfitted with stainless-steel appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, alongside all the necessary pots, pans, and utensils for home-cooked meals.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. A back door leads to a deck with a patio table and chairs, while the backyard hosts a fabulous private pool surrounded by lounge chairs for soothing relaxation. Guests can also enjoy a propane grill to cook their fresh catch, accompanied by a picnic table and additional outdoor seating.

Located in a prime area of Port Aransas, the home is situated close to local shopping, dining, and nightlife. Guests have the convenience of parking for up to five vehicles, or three vehicles and a boat/watercraft.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. The minimum rental age is 25 with ID required. A Life in Paradise rental agreement is required upon booking. Pets are welcome with a $95 fee per pet (limit 2). Please note that beach towels, laundry detergent, and k-cups are not provided. A starter pack of toiletries is available, and guests are responsible for replenishing supplies. A golf cart is included for short-term rentals (subject to a $10 fuel fee). No parking is permitted on the street or grass.
