To ensure a high-quality experience for all, please adhere to the following house rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-outs after 11:30 AM incur a fee of $75 per hour. Guests must be 25 years or older to book. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the home, with violations resulting in a $500 cleaning fee. Pets are allowed, but unauthorized pets will incur a $300 fee per animal. To respect our neighbors, quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please note that parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly forbidden; unauthorized parties will result in immediate cancellation without refund and a $300 fee. Additionally, while the property can accommodate up to 8 guests, the home is equipped for a maximum of 6 people. Baby and toddler equipment are available upon request for an additional fee.
