Inside, the spacious living room serves as a cozy hub for guests, boasting comfortable seating, satellite television, and a welcoming fireplace for cooler evenings. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dining table with seating for six, ensuring plenty of room for shared meals. For your convenience, the entire property is fitted with air conditioning and complimentary Wi-Fi.

The private 10 Ñ 5 metre chlorinated swimming pool is surrounded by a lush lawn and furnished with six sun loungers for ultimate relaxation, complemented by a convenient outdoor shower. Guests can dine al fresco on the covered terrace, which features a ceramic barbecue, or head to the first-floor terrace to take in breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.

Located just 500 metres from the village of Búger, you are within easy reach of local cafés and bakeries. The property also provides a great base for exploring Sa Pobla, Campanet, Inca, and Pollça. For those craving the coast, the white sands and clear waters of Alcúdia Beach are approximately 19 km away.
