HOUSE RULES
Please read the Property Description and Other Things to Note before booking.
By booking this property, the primary guest acknowledges that they have reviewed these House Rules and agrees to ensure that all members of their group, have read, understand, and will follow them.
BOOKING & GUEST REQUIREMENTS
• The primary booking guest must be at least 24 years old, must be present at check-in, and must remain at the property for the duration of the reservation. Third-party bookings are not permitted.
• Most reservations include eight guests or fewer, so our flat rate is designed with smaller groups in mind. For groups of more than eight, a $47 fee applies to each additional person, whether they stop by briefly, visit for the day, or stay overnight. First and last names of each guest will be required (by me to give to security) in order to enter into the gated community. I will need that information at least 3 days prior to arrival.
• If you are booking for a gathering or party, or anticipate unregistered or last-minute guests, please do not book this property. The property and community, including parking, are not designed for gatherings or parties. Security must clear everyone entering the community.
APRIL SOUND COMMUNITY & SECURITY
Your stay is located within the beautiful and exclusive April Sound community, a private country club neighborhood offering a secure and serene environment.
Upon arrival, all guests must check in with security at the main gate before entering the neighborhood.
• Please provide the host with the first and last names of all guests when booking to ensure a smooth check-in process.
• We cannot accommodate last-minute guest name additions.
• Per POA regulations, Conroe Lakefront Cottage has a maximum occupancy of 11 people.
• Once the maximum occupancy of 11 has been reached, additional drop-in guests or visitors are not permitted at any time during the stay.
• Maximum parking at the property is 4 vehicles.
