Located on the side of the building, the unit offers a peaceful home base for exploring the best of the coast.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, with a door code provided one hour prior to arrival. Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Regarding parking, there is an assigned spot (D4), though guests may find it challenging to access; alternatively, free street parking is available.

To maintain the quality of the home, please note the following house rules:

• Pets are not allowed on the property.
• At least one guest in the party must be 21 years of age or older, and the booker must provide a photo ID via the digital check-in form.
• Parties and group gatherings are strictly prohibited.
• Underage drinking is not permitted and is grounds for immediate eviction.
• Towels are for indoor use only; beach towels must be provided by guests. A charge of $35 applies to each missing or damaged linen or towel.
• Children under 12 must be supervised at all times in the front deck area.
