HOUSE RULES

No smoking anywhere inside or on property.

Please do not use any type of towel, including face cloths, to wipe off make-up, or use towels on skin that has artificial tanning products applied, as this can add extensive cost to the laundering process and often cause irreparable staining. From February 2024, we will be supplying cotton pads and make up remover to ensure that our linen stock is preserved. If towels or linen are heavily stained, replacement items will be charged to the guests like any other damage to property.

Absolutely no parties, events or large gatherings - no noise outside after 10 p.m.or before 7 a.m. We reserve the right to visit and inspect the property if we are alerted to higher numbers of people in the home than expected, loud music or unruly behaviour. Failure to observe this rule can cost guests an instant termination of their booking.

Guests must assume responsibility for sorting their refuse into the correct bins (landfill, recycling and glass). Guests who are in house on a Monday night agree to assist by putting the correct rubbish bins out on the kerb on a Monday evening or before 7 a.m. on the Tuesday morning. If guests do not attend to refuse requirements during and on departure from their stay, any labour and/or refuse fees incurred will be applied for through Airbnb.
