The primary bedroom features a king bed with sunrise views, the second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed also facing the water, and the remaining two bedrooms provide a queen and double bed with bright interiors facing the loft.
Outside, the experience continues with a 65ft private shoreline and a natural beach. Guests can relax on the stunning 130-foot dock with sun loungers, soak in the hot tub off the cottage deck, or gather around the fire pit.

- Please note: The nightly rate includes up to 6 guests. Each additional guest beyond 8 is subject to a $30 per person, per night fee. Be sure your reservation reflects your full group size at the time of booking.
- Pets must be included in your reservation with the $125 pet fee applied.
** Noise, Behaviour & Events **
- No parties or events permitted.
- Loud music is not allowed outdoors in accordance with municipal by-laws.
- No fireworks at any time.
- Dogs must be leashed when outdoors.
- Any fines issued by a by-law officer (e.g., for noise, off-leash pets, fireworks, etc.) will be the responsibility of the guest and will be passed on accordingly.
** Smoking **
- Smoking is not allowed indoors.
- Guests are welcome to smoke outside only - please be respectful and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
** Garbage & Recycling **
- Your cleaning fee covers disposal of up to 4 full-sized garbage/recycling bags.
- Garbage and recycling must be sorted into separate clear bags (provided):

Additional fees:
- $20 per extra bag of garbage or recycling.

- Please lock all doors when the property is unattended.
- Turn off lights when not in use - let’s be energy conscious together!
** Septic System **
- The cottage runs on a septic system. Please flush toilet paper only - no wipes, hygiene products, or other materials.
** Neighbourhood Courtesy **
- Drive slowly on Georgian Beach Lane. The speed limit is 15 km/h. Please watch for children and pets.
