• Tourist tax is collected directly by Airbnb (As of July 2024, it is €3.50 per person per night for the first 4 nights.)

• This is a self-catering apartment. As per Italian law, we CANNOT provide:
• Housekeeping during the stay.
• Linen and towel changes

• Cleaning, laundry, and any needed supplies during your stay are the guest's responsibility.Strictly Prohibited
• SMOKING IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN inside the apartment. Violation will result in a €300 fine for restoration costs.

• You cannot admit more people than those registered at check-in.
• If a party is held or if unauthorized guests are found inside the suite, you agree to:
• Leave the suite immediately without any refunds.
