Located on McDonnell Road, guests have exclusive access to the entire property and all outdoor living spaces, with parking available directly across the street.
Practical Information: Check-in is available starting at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Pets are not allowed on the property. To maintain a peaceful environment, parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited, and only registered guests are permitted unless explicitly approved by the host in advance. Please note that a 4% processing fee applies to all cancellation refunds. A Pre-Arrival Form and agreement to rental conditions are required upon booking. Pack n Play is available upon request.

No smoking or drug use. No parties. No unregistered guests at property unless approved by the host. Quiet hours are between 10pm to 8am. Please be considerate of our neighbors. Please report any accidental breakages before checking out. If damage to the property or its contents exceeds the security deposit, the cost to repair will be billed to the guest.
No Pets are Permitted. We love pets however due to allergies, we are unable to accommodate them on the property. We appreciate your understanding.
CHECK OUT PROCEDURES: A. CHECK-OUT NO LATER THAN CHECK OUT TIME B. All furniture should be returned to its original location. C. Place garbage in the bin outside the door. D. Place dishes, utensils, etc. in dishwasher and turn it on when you depart. E. Please lock property as instructed.
If at any time there are extra unregistered guests, a party, or any illegal activity suspected, the penalty will be eviction without notice, withholding of the damage deposit, and fines.

Allow Sauna 20 minutes to heat up for 20 minutes before use. Limit sessions to 15-20 minutes. Beginners should start with 5-10 minutes and gradually increase. 2. After exiting, cool down for at least 10 minutes in a cooler area. 3. Use provided sandals. Leave shoes and sandals outside. 4. Leave robes outside. Sit on a towel inside the sauna. 5. Bring the water bucket in during use and remove afterwards to prevent freezing. 6. Those with health issues or pregnant women should consult a doctor before use.
