Please be aware of the following house rules: pets are not allowed, and this is a strictly non-smoking property. A $500 deep cleaning fee will be applied if evidence of smoking is found inside or outside the unit; however, a designated smoking area is located on the southeast corner of the complex near the street. Guests must be 21 years of age or older with a valid credit card to book, and a valid ID is required at check-in. Please note that ground floor units at the property were substantially damaged by hurricanes in 2024 and may be subject to repair. Promotions are subject to blackout periods and are not valid during holiday or special event weeks.
