- Rental Agreement & Security Deposit All primary guests are required to sign a rental agreement and inventory checklist prior to check-in, for transparency, photos of the rental agreement (front and back) are already included in the listing photos, so you can review the full terms and additional rules there before booking. Additionally, a refundable security deposit must be paid after booking and before check-in. The deposit amount is determined based on the duration of the stay, as follows:
• 2–7 nights: AED 1500 • 8–28 nights: AED 2000 • Over 28 nights: AED 2500
The deposit will be refunded within 7 business days of check-out, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property. For full transparency, photos of the rental agreement (front and back) are available in the listing.

Guest Registration For building registration, copies of passports for all staying guests must be submitted prior to arrival.

Starter Pack & Essentials A complimentary starter pack of toiletries is provided for your convenience upon arrival. Please note that cooking condiments, cleaning supplies, and additional toiletries are not stocked in the apartment. We recommend arranging these items as needed during your stay.

Construction Notice As Dubai is a rapidly growing city, construction or renovations may take place within the community or building. While we strive to ensure a pleasant stay, occasional noise or disruptions may occur.

Check-in & Check-out Standard check-in and check-out times apply. If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please notify us in advance. Approval is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
Requests for late check-out must be made at least 24 hours in advance through your booking agent.

Smoking Policy Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A fine of AED 2,000 will be charged for violations. Smoking is only permitted on balconies, where available.
