The sleeping arrangements consist of 2 beds, with one bedroom hosting a large double bed and the second providing two large single beds. Both bedrooms are air conditioned and come equipped with blinds, wardrobes, and bedside tables with reading lamps. Upstairs, the main bathroom offers a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet—a fresh installation from January 2025—while a convenient guest toilet is located downstairs. Towels are provided for all guests.

The heart of the home is the well-equipped kitchen and living room, both of which open directly onto the patio area. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed for a self-catering stay, including a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. For added convenience, the home also provides an iron, ironing board, and a selection of books and DVDs.

The outdoor experience is where Amelia Villa truly shines. Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool (cleaned twice weekly) and a covered pergola with chairs, perfect for chilling out. For those looking to soak up the sun, sunbeds with comfortable padded covers are provided, along with an outdoor shower. The exterior also features a traditional BBQ, an outdoor dining table with an umbrella, and a covered area for table tennis.

Situated in a fantastic location, the villa is just a short walking distance from an abundance of beaches, restaurants, bars, and nightlife in Pernera.
