- Early Check-in: Requests must be made 48 hours in advance (Mon-Fri) with a $100 fee. Requests made after this window incur an additional $120 rescheduling fee.
- Late Check-out/Extensions: Requests must be made 24 hours in advance (Mon-Fri) with a $100 fee. Requests made within 24 hours incur an additional $120 rescheduling fee.
- Departure Requirements: Guests must start the dishwasher, remove bed linens and towels, take out garbage, and set the thermostat to 67F (winter) or 74F (summer). Failure to return keys/fobs will result in a $200 fee.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED ($500 fine if violated) -Quiet Hours after 10 PM -No unregistered guests allowed -For LOCAL RESIDENTS of Winnipeg, please reach out prior to booking as reservations from locals are for review & approval NO SMOKING ALLOWED ($200 fine if violated + Odor Remediation charge) -Lost/Unreturned Keys/Fobs ($30 admin fee if returned same day before 2 PM, $200 replacement Fee) -Eating & Drinking inside the bedrooms are discouraged to avoid spillage -Rearranging Furniture is discouraged -Conserving Energy is encourage by turning off AC & lights when not in use or upon checkout -Extensions approved within 2 hours before original scheduled checkout date & time will incur additional fees equal to the cleaning fee -Unauthorized late checkouts will incur a $100/hour charge to be paid for cleaner’s waiting time and ultimately a $120 charge for clean rescheduling if applicable
