The sleeping arrangements include two queen beds and two single beds, along with a queen sofa bed located in the upstairs lounge (linen is provided in the cupboard and is not pre-made). With 2.5 bathrooms, including a convenient powder room downstairs for added ease, there is ample space for everyone to refresh.

Inside, you will find a sleek design with bright interiors filled with natural light, making the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area the ideal spot for unwinding. The home is thoughtfully equipped to ensure a seamless stay:

A short stroll will take you to the stylish Waterfront Marina precinct and the picturesque, patrolled sands of Shellharbour South beach.

Practical information for your stay: Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. The main guest must be 21 years or older and complete an online check-in form prior to arrival. To maintain the peaceful nature of the neighborhood, a strict no-noise and no-party policy is enforced; therefore, the home cannot accommodate hens, bucks, or schoolies events. For stays longer than 14 days, additional cleaning will be required and charged at each 14-day interval. All bookings must comply with the NSW Government Short-Term Rental Accommodation Code of Conduct.
