Check-in and Checkout:

- If you need to check in before or after this time slot, please let us know well in advance so that we can accommodate your request.
- Upon your arrival, we will show you the property to ensure that everything is in order and that you find all the amenities at your disposal.
- Late check-in: For arrivals after 10:00 p.m., a surcharge of €40.00 will be charged in cash at check-out.
- Check-out: Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. at the latest. Before you leave, please make sure the apartment is in good condition and return all the keys. Please note that a fee of €30 will be charged for lost keys.
- Final inspection: After check-out, we will conduct an inspection of the apartment. If any unreported damage or missing items are found, we will contact you and kindly ask you to cover the replacement costs.

- Noise levels: Please keep noise levels reasonable, especially in the evening and at night, to respect the peace and quiet of our neighbors.
- Care of items: Please treat the apartment with care. Any intentional damage to the property or furnishings will result in a charge for an appropriate amount.
- The apartment houses valuable antiques and contemporary design objects. Please handle them with care. Any damage caused during your stay will be charged.
- Avoid consuming food or drinks on beds, sofas and antique carpets to preserve the cleanliness and integrity of the furnishings.
- Use of appliances: Use the appliances carefully, as if you were using them at home. Remember to turn off the lights, heating, and appliances when not in use and when you leave the property to conserve energy. Help us maintain a sustainable ecological footprint.
- The property contains manuals and instructions for each appliance; please consult them before use. Please contact us if you have any questions.
- Cleaning furniture and linen: Avoid staining sofas, carpets and linen. Stains that require professional cleaning will incur an additional fee of at least €50, or more depending on the damage.
- Please note that any improper use of the towels (such as cleaning shoes or removing makeup) damages the fabric. Each damaged towel will be charged at €15.00 per piece.
- Garbage disposal: Please use the containers provided for garbage disposal. Separate waste collection is mandatory in our community, so we ask you to separate recyclable materials.
