This expansive two-story residence is meticulously configured to accommodate 16 or more guests. The layout features 10 bedrooms and 12 beds, supported by 9.5 bathrooms. For added versatility and privacy, the villa includes a separate, complete apartment featuring its own entrance and kitchen.

Upon entering through the large double-door foyer, guests are welcomed by a stunning courtyard with a central fountain, surrounded by precise brickwork and classic embellishments. The interior is designed for seamless entertaining, with a natural flow between the formal dining room, main kitchen, and the outdoor BBQ area. The living room serves as a focal point, greeting guests with striking wide ocean views.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the Casa Brooks experience. Guests can take a refreshing swim in the pool or relax on the sundeck with direct views of the endlessly blue ocean. The exterior spaces are designed for ultimate relaxation, featuring a Jacuzzi, six loungers for sunset viewing, numerous fire pits, and large seating areas. A covered eating table and grilling area ensure effortless alfresco dining. Many of the bedrooms offer the added luxury of doors that open directly to outdoor terraces or the central courtyard.

Located within the prestigious Cabo Del Sol community, the villa is perfectly positioned for those who enjoy the beach, pool, or golf course. Please note that the beach directly in front of the villa is occupied by a private, members-only club and is not accessible to renters; however, an accessible beach is located beside the Sheraton Hotel and can be reached via car or golf cart.
