• No parties, events, or excessive noise; music is not permitted after 11 PM.
• Electricity: Short-term rentals include 20Kw/Day; additional use is charged at 6 MXN/Kw. Electricity is not included for stays of 7+ days.
• Mandatory cleaning fee of $50 USD every 21 nights.
• Lost keys incur a $35 USD penalty.
