This spacious home features 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The sleeping arrangements include a luxurious master suite with a king-sized bed, decorated with a Patronus theme, featuring its own flat-screen TV and sliding doors to the lanai. The master bath is a highlight, boasting a huge garden tub and a 6-foot custom tiled shower stall. Additional bedrooms include a Magical Creatures themed room with a queen-sized bed and a Hogwarts themed room featuring two twin beds. A shared full bathroom with a tub/shower combo serves these two rooms.

Inside, the bright and airy great room makes a bold statement with vaulted ceilings and skylights. The space is dedicated to Quidditch and features a 70-inch wall-mounted flat-screen TV with a Bluray player. The open living area flows into a separate dining area with seating for six and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and a side-by-side fridge with filtered water and ice.

Outdoor living is a priority with a giant, southern facing swimming pool designed for maximum sunshine. The large pool deck is enclosed by a screen to keep out pests and surrounded by a privacy fence. For relaxation, guests can enjoy the covered lanai. For entertainment, the game room is equipped with a pool table, Foosball table, and a full-sized vintage arcade machine with 60 freeplay classic games.

Located in the safe, clean, and upscale Indian Creek community, guests have access to free tennis courts and local playgrounds.

• Pool Heat: Available for an additional charge (recommended October through April; included June, July, and August). Please note the hot tub has been removed.
• Cancellation: 100% refund if cancelled 30+ days prior to arrival; 50% refund if cancelled 15-30 days prior; no refund within 15 days.
