The home boasts four well-appointed bedrooms, including two master suites with king-sized beds and private ensuite bathrooms. The first guest room features a full-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle, while the second guest room offers two twin-over-twin bunk beds. Both guest rooms share a full bathroom. Outside, you can enjoy the picnic table, covered area, and outdoor shower after a day in the sun. The home also offers a charcoal grill, perfect for grilling up your favorite dishes. Please note that the minimum age to rent this property is 25 years, and pets are allowed with a $95 fee per pet (limit 2 pets). Also, no boats or trailers are permitted, and guests have parking spaces for 4 vehicles, with a golf cart taking up one of these spaces. Laundry detergent is not provided, and guests should bring their own charcoal for the grill.
