Check-in and check-out are fully contactless. A brief pre‑check‑in process is required immediately after booking and is completed through our Guest App, where you will e‑sign the rental agreement and submit your check‑in information, including a photo ID and a selfie for security verification.
Once your Verification Form is complete, you will receive—two days prior to arrival—your gate code, door code, and directions, allowing you to head straight to the home with no front desk and no delays.
