This beautiful open-concept home is designed for relaxation and connection. The layout features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. On the main floor, you will find a cozy living room with plenty of seating, various board games, and a beautiful stone gas fireplace (please note: non-functional from 2026 onwards). This level also hosts a bedroom with a comfortable full-sized bed, a dedicated work space, and a spacious bathroom featuring a large vanity and stand-up shower. French doors open into a large sunroom with gorgeous views of the surrounding trees, providing a peaceful spot for morning coffee, a secondary gas fireplace, and a smart TV with a DVD/VHS player.

Heading downstairs, the lower level offers a large bedroom with a king-sized bed, generous closet and dresser space, and direct access to outdoor spaces—ideal for families using a pack and play or cots. This room connects to a large bathroom with a full-sized bathtub and shower combination, which also houses the washer, dryer, and ironing facilities. A third lower-level bedroom provides a queen bed and a full-sized bed, with two additional air mattresses available for extra guests.

Outdoor and utility highlights include a gorgeous patio with a beautiful pergola and dining set for alfresco meals. The home also features an insulated and heated two-stall garage that serves as a dedicated gym with weights, a bench, a fan, and a punching bag. Guests can also enjoy lawn Jenga, a desk and chair, and parking for one vehicle in the garage and up to five in the driveway.

Nestled in a remote and peaceful location reached via approximately 3 miles of gravel roads, the property is perfectly centered near Crystal Lake, Lida Lake, and Lake Lizzie. For beach lovers, Maplewood State Park is just 9.5 miles away, offering hiking and nature opportunities.
