Our HOUSE RULES: As a Superhost, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create wonderful memories in our Home. For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow these house rules and confirm that is has been reviewed within 48 hours of booking. This is to ensure that if there is any reason the House Rules cannot be followed, you, our guest, will have the option of cancelling the booking penalty free as we have a Cancellation policy we follow. Thank you in advance and truly appreciate your cooperation!

– Guests must respect check-in/check-out time or a $100 fee will be assessed on the booking – Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. – There shall not be smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied. – If additional guests exceed the house limit, pre-approval from host is required. – Please do not rearrange the furniture or electronics. – If guests are found to have had a party which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges. In the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. – If guests are found to be using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities may be engaged, and guests will be asked to leave the property immediately. – Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community not a hotel, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave.

Pet policy: -Pre-approval is required for ALL Pets, even service animals which are always approved and not charged. This is an insurance requirement. -Crate when left unattended. -Keep off all bedding: if your pet sleeps with you, you must bring your own sheets/blanket. Animals are not allowed on our sheets/blankets. -Bring and use a sheet or blanket of your own to cover the living room furniture if your pet will be on the furniture. -Pick up your pets waste and dispose of in the outside dumpster only. -Pets may not be bathed as this clogs the drains -Be considerate of neighbors and control barking especially between the hours of 9p and 6a -You are responsible for any damages caused by your pet -$60 PER APPROVED pet fee only some breeds accepted
