The home features a generous layout with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. Sleeping arrangements include a great-sized Master suite with a King bed, two bedrooms with Queen beds, and a fourth bedroom configured as a Twin room. The Master suite is a true retreat, boasting a walk-in closet, direct access to the pool deck, and a fantastic en-suite bathroom complete with his and hers sinks, a large tub, and a walk-in shower. Two additional family bathrooms serve the rest of the home, one featuring a bath/shower combination and another with a walk-in shower that leads directly outdoors.

The interior has been recently refreshed with a full internal re-paint and modernized bedrooms. A highlight of the home is the new games room conversion, featuring a pool table, air hockey, basketball, and darts. The open-plan main living area is very spacious, comprising two sitting areas with sofas, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and nook. For convenience, the kitchen leads to a laundry room with a large washing machine and separate drier. The main lounge is very comfortable, featuring a large Smart TV with Spectrum TV.

Outside, you will find a lovely private garden and a south-facing saltwater pool and spa deck. This fantastic area is thoughtfully designed with plenty of space to soak up the sun and a welcome lanai for shaded meals.

Located in the peaceful Orange Tree community just off the 27, this villa is conveniently positioned for easy access to Disney and other major Orlando attractions.

• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Not allowed
• Parking: Driveway space for 2 cars; community on-street parking available per local rules
• Self-Catering: Starter supplies provided (TP, trash bags, laundry pods, dishwasher tabs, dish soap, paper towels, and hand soap). Additional items must be purchased by guests.
• Pool Heat: Available for an additional fee (prices vary by source: $35-$40 per night) with a 4-day minimum. Request 48 hours prior to arrival.
• Spa: The spa is connected to the pool and only heats when pool heat is active and the spa is switched on at the wall.
• BBQ: Available for hire at an additional cost (delivery, propane, and collection); request 48 hours prior to arrival.
• Trash: Guests are responsible for rolling trash cans to the curb for weekly county collection.
• Maintenance: Weekly professional pool cleaning and landscaping may occur during your stay.
