➼ We kindly ask that you respect the property and treat it with care. Any damage, negligence, or misuse may result in additional charges.
➼ We are more than happy to accomodate for our guests requests however they must be requested for atleast 24 hours prior to check in or else the request may not be able to be fufilled or require a delivery fee
➼ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A $300 fine will apply if any signs of smoking are detected indoors.
➼ Parties, events, or loud music are not permitted under any circumstances. Violations will result in penalties, and in some cases, immediate removal from the property without a refund.
➼ Pets are not allowed at the property. If a pet is brought in without approval, additional cleaning fees and penalties will apply.
➼ Please help us keep the space clean for the next guest. While we do provide professional cleaning after each stay, excessive mess or failure to maintain reasonable cleanliness may result in additional cleaning charges.
➼ Lost keys will incur a $500 replacement fee. This is to cover the cost of locksmith services and replacing locks if necessary. Furthermore, a lock out fee of $200 will be incurred if staff will be required to come onsite to provide entry to Appartment.
➼ Early check-in or late checkout must be arranged in advance and approved by the host. Additional charges may apply depending on availability.
➼ If you miss your scheduled check-in time and require additional arrangements, a fee will apply for the extra coordination and support required.
➼ After booking please ensure to read through our house manual as important details to ensure your stay with us is to the highest standard will be outlined in the house manual
➼ Any damaged or broken items during your stay will be assessed and charged accordingly based on replacement or repair costs.
➼ Mail and package deliveries are not permitted at the property. We cannot accept responsibility for any lost or undelivered mail sent to the address during your stay.
