Designed for relaxation and functionality, this expansive suite features a generous living area where guests can unwind together. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully curated for a restful stay, consisting of 3 bedrooms each equipped with a luxurious Queen bed. To ensure a seamless morning routine, the home includes 2 modern bathrooms, making it a breeze to get ready for your daily adventures.
Guests have full access to the suite, with entry provided via a convenient smart lock code upon confirmation of the reservation. The layout allows you to spread out and make yourself at home while being just moments away from the best local culture and cuisine the city has to offer.
Practical Information & House Rules:
- Check-in: 4:00 PM (Early check-in is subject to availability and additional charges; please notify us for arrivals after 10 PM). Last-minute same-day bookings may have a delayed check-in time until 7 PM.
- Check-out: 11:00 AM (Late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges).
- Pets: Pets are allowed.
- Parking: Trailer and oversized vehicle parking is NOT available. Street parking is subject to snow and traffic bans; guests should verify availability via 311 or the KnowYourZone app.
- Guest Notes: Smart TVs are provided for your use with personal streaming accounts. Complimentary starter packs are provided to jump-start your stay. Extra pillows, blankets, towels, cribs, and high chairs are available upon request (subject to availability and transportation charges, requested 24 hours in advance).
- Policies: Mailbox use and package reception by management are unavailable. Mid-stay cleanings are required for stays of 60 days or more. Garbage bins must be rolled out by guests on scheduled days or a $30 service fee applies to have the host do it. Please do not overfill bins.
- Checkout Requirements: Please turn off lights and AC, set the thermostat to 67F/19.5C (winter) or 74F/23C (summer), wash all used dishware, and take out the trash to the designated disposal.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED ($500 fine if violated) -Quiet Hours after 10 PM -No unregistered guests allowed -For LOCAL RESIDENTS of Winnipeg, please reach out prior to booking as reservations from locals are for review & approval NO SMOKING ALLOWED ($200 fine if violated + Odor Remediation charge) -Lost/Unreturned Keys/Fobs ($30 admin fee if returned same day before 2 PM, $200 replacement Fee) -Eating & Drinking inside the bedrooms are discouraged to avoid spillage -Rearranging Furniture is discouraged -Conserving Energy is encourage by turning off AC & lights when not in use or upon checkout -Extensions approved within 2 hours before original scheduled checkout date & time will incur additional fees equal to the cleaning fee -Unauthorized late checkouts will incur a $100/hour charge to be paid for cleaner’s waiting time and ultimately a $120 charge for clean rescheduling if applicable
