Our ‘house rules’ are simple and designed to ensure the care and protection of the property and the comfort of future guests, staying after you:
• To protect the carpet and flooring, please do not wear outdoor shoes inside the house. • For the sake of the next guests, please do not cook foods with strong smells (i.e. fish or curry) as these smells can linger. • While you are welcome to have visitors during your stay, only those noted on the booking may stay the night. The nightly rate accounts for the linen hire and cleaning for the specific number of guests booked. Any additional guests incur additional cost. • All Be My Guest properties have strict no parties, no smoking and no pets policies. • For the sake of our neighbours, noise must be kept inside and to a minimum after 10pm. • Please put all rubbish in the appropriate bins, wash all dishes and leave the house in a tidy state. The ‘cleaning fee’ is budgeted to cover the time and resource to quickly prepare the house for the next guest. • If excessive mess must be cleaned after your stay, additional time and resource may be required and on-charged to you.
