The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully laid out to maximize space: the Master bedroom, known as the butterfly room, offers a queen bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a shower. For additional guests, the Quad bedroom is equipped with 4 beds (2 twin bunks) and its own 55" Roku TV. To further expand the capacity, the home includes sleeper sofas in the living areas.

Inside, you will find a variety of inviting spaces to relax and work. The primary living area boasts a large fireplace and a 55" Roku TV, while a second living area adjacent to the kitchen provides a love seat and another 55" Roku TV. For those needing to stay productive, there is a dedicated desk workstation in the hallway. The kitchen is fully equipped with a range, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher, featuring a large island and a separate countertop bar for meals. The home also includes a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.

Step outside from the master suite to a private patio, or enjoy the gazebo located just outside the gated patio area. Guests also have access to a shared common space with seating and a future BBQ grill area.

Located in a prime spot, you are just blocks away from supermarkets, shopping, restaurants, and bars. You are only 4 minutes from Park Avenue and the Winter Park Golf Course, 6 minutes from Downtown Orlando, and roughly 20 to 30 minutes from Universal Studios, Disney, and the airport.
