The sleeping arrangements feature two master suites for maximum privacy: the first boasts a plush king size bed, a full bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower, and private patio access; the second offers a comfy queen size bed, its own full bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower, and patio access. A dedicated bunkroom contains two sets of twin-over-twin bunks and shares a hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combination. For larger groups, a twin size rollaway bed and a full size air mattress are also available.

Designed for entertainment and relaxation, the property features an open floor plan connecting the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The kitchen is fully stocked with essential cookware, a blender, and a drip coffee maker, while the dining area accommodates 6 at the table and 4 at the large kitchen island. The living room is anchored by a 65" flat screen smart TV and a cozy sectional sofa. Beyond the main living space, guests can enjoy a dedicated air-conditioned garage and game room equipped with a ping pong table and a 60" smart TV.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the Perky Pelican experience. The ground level features a fire pit, a charcoal smoker/grill, an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand, and four porch swings. The second floor offers two covered balconies with glimpses of the surrounding nature preserve.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please note that the primary renter must be at least 25 years old. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed. To maintain the quality of the home, parties and special events are prohibited. Guests are asked to provide their own beach and pool towels, as bath towels must remain on the property. Additionally, be aware that golf cart access to the beach or town is not permitted due to local laws regarding Highway 361.
