No Parties: Parties or gatherings are strictly prohibited. If we find out that a party has been held, a $500 cleaning fee and a $3,000 penalty will apply, and eviction may follow.

Noise Level: Please keep noise at an appropriate level between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. If we receive a noise complaint from the strata, a $1,000 penalty will be charged from your deposit and eviction may occur.

Incidents: If any incident occurs due to your negligence, you will be responsible for any charges incurred by calling the fire department, ambulance, or police.

Keys and Fobs: Requests for extra sets are subject to availability. Please keep all keys and fobs safe, any lost or misplaced items will incur replacement and re-keying costs. An additional service fee will apply for urgent key deliveries.

Late Check-Out: Late departure fees will be charged per hour.

Damage / Missing Items: We take photos of the property before each guest’s arrival. Any damage or missing items will be documented and may incur charges.

Supplies: We provide an initial stock of basic consumables, but these are not replenished during your stay.

Lost Property: We do not take responsibility for lost or left-behind belongings. However, if you have forgotten an item after check-out, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to return it at your cost.

Please respect neighbours, residents, and the surrounding community at all times. Excessive noise, disruptive behaviour, and alcohol consumption in common areas are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.
