The home is thoughtfully arranged to accommodate up to 10 guests with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements are designed for versatility: the first master suite is a private downstairs sanctuary featuring a King-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. This suite is connected to the main house by a charming breezeway and offers private access to the back patio. On the lower level of the main house, you will find a second bedroom equipped with a Twin over Full bunk bed and its own ensuite bathroom. The upper level hosts a second master bedroom with a King-size bed, a private balcony door, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom featuring double vanities, a shower, and a jacuzzi tub. Additionally, an adjoining alcove provides a Twin over Twin bunk bed with a pull-out trundle, perfect for extra guests.

Inside, you will discover an open-concept layout with beautiful décor. The full gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, boasting spacious countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a Keurig coffee maker. The living area provides ample seating with two couches and two chairs, complemented by a TV and cable for relaxing evenings. Outdoor living is emphasized with decks on both floors to enjoy the breeze and morning coffee, while a downstairs outdoor shower is available for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
