Escape to Casa de Playa, a welcoming island home on stilts perfect for families and groups looking for the ultimate Port Aransas getaway. Centrally located in Texas, this spacious retreat offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience, whether you are soaking up the sun or exploring the local scene.

Designed to accommodate up to 10 guests, the home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully laid out to ensure everyone has a comfortable place to rest. The primary bedroom is tucked away at the end of the hallway and features a King size bed, a TV, and a private ensuite bathroom complete with double vanities and a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom also offers a King size bed and a TV. For the kids or extra guests, the bunk room provides a Twin over Full bunk bed and a TV. Additionally, a large L-shaped couch with a sleeper sofa in the living room provides extra sleeping capacity.

Inside, you will find a great open floor plan with tile flooring throughout. The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and a Keurig coffee maker, offering seating for four at the bar and a dining area that seats six. The living area is designed for entertainment with a large flat-screen TV, a cozy recliner, and comfortable seating. Step outside onto the shaded balcony to enjoy the sea breeze, or take a dip in your own private pool.

Below the home, the shaded area is perfect for outdoor living, featuring a picnic table, a propane grill, and an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after a day at the beach.

Located in the heart of Port Aransas, this home is centrally located to downtown. You are just a 15-minute walk or a fun golf cart ride away from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the best of the island.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book, with ID verification required upon arrival. A Life in Paradise rental agreement is required. The property is pet-friendly (maximum 2 pets) with a $95 fee per pet. Please note that guests should bring their own coffee pods, filters, and laundry detergent. A starter pack of toiletries is provided. Be mindful that pool services are performed weekly and construction may be present in the surrounding community.
